ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the grievance that the petitioners' application bearing CSC No.29168/24/06/2015/WZ, dated 24.06.2015, filed for building permission over plot No.4, admeasuring 757 sq.yds., in survey Nos.37 to 41 situated at Madhapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is not being disposed of. Mr.Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) appearing for the respondents, has taken adjournment on 10.12.2015 for obtaining instructions.

Today, on instructions, he has submitted that the petitioners' application for building permission was rejected as far back as 27.07.2015 and that the same was dispatched to them. He has also furnished a copy of the said rejection order to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Mr.E.Madan Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to his clients to question the said rejection order.

In the light of the above facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.51818 of 2015 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
