HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4759 OF 2018 ORDER:

Sri J. Janaki Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in the present Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed as infructuous.
