ORDER

When the criminal revision case came up for hearing on 31.08.2015, nobody appears for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, nobody appears for the petitioner when the matter was called at 10.30 AM and 2.15 PM.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
