THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34950 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging G.O.Rt.No.56 Municipal Administration and Urban Development (Vig.I(2) Department dt.27-01-2016 framing certain charges against the petitioner.

Petitioner has submitted an explanation dt.20-09-2016. 3.

Though learned counsel for petitioner sought to contend that the charges framed against petitioner are false, I am not inclined to go into the said aspect.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of directing the respondents to complete the inquiry into the charges framed against petitioner within six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
