HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 1771 OF 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Forests for the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner obviously is the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in considering and disposing of representation, dated 24.11.2016, said to have been filed by him.
As the said representation is pending, learned counsel for the petitioner requests this Court to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the same and pass orders within a time frame.
In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 24.11.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand disposed. No order as to costs.
