This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.426 of 2012 on the file of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The petitioners are alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B r/w 34 IPC. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C. If the petitioners are aggrieved over the pendency of the above C.C., they are at liberty to move discharge application before the Court concerned.
