CVNR, J CRP.No.4750 of 2018 Dt:12.10.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order, dated 30.7.2018, in I.A.No.473 of 2018 in O.S.No.222 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka. At the hearing, Mr. G.V.S.Meher Kumar, learned counsel, representing Mr. Ch. Vidyasagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

In the light of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
