As the relief claimed by the petitioners in all these petitions is one and the same, they are being heard together and disposed of by way of this Common Order.

2. Tr.CMP No.563 of 2015 is filed to withdraw the appeal AS No.29 of 2014 pending on the file of II Addl. District Judge, Kurnool, at Adoni to this Court to be heard along with A.S.Nos.473 and 474 of 2014.

3. Tr.CMP No.565 of 2015 is filed to withdraw the appeal AS No.50 of 2015 pending on the file of II Addl. District Judge, Kurnool, at Adoni to this Court to be heard along with A.S.Nos.473 and 474 of 2014.

4. Tr.CMP No.595 of 2015 is filed to withdraw the appeal AS No.49 of 2015 pending on the file of II Addl. District Judge, Kurnool, at Adoni to this Court to be heard along with A.S.Nos.473 and 474 of 2014.

5. Heard both sides.

6. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents in all these petitions submits that he has no objection for allowing these petitions. In view of the above, all the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed as prayed for.
