THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29275 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleaders for Medical & Health and Home and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted a representation to the respondent-GHMC on 07.08.2018 but no action has been taken so far, despite lapse of considerable length of time.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondent authorities, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 07.08.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and to take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
