This Criminal Revision Case is directed against the orders, dated 25.07.2013, passed in Crl.MP No.562 of 2013 in Crl. Appeal No.361 of 2012 by the learned V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Revision Case and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as having become infructuous.
