The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent - police authorities are not registering the crime based on his complaint dated 02-07-2018 and conducting investigation.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, II Town Police Station, Khammam, stating that on the complaint of the petitioner, case in Cr.No. 317 of 2018, was registered against the unofficial respondent No.4, for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323 and 506 read with 34 IPC, on the file of II town Police, Khammam, and investigation is taken up.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
