CVNR,J & GSP, J W.P.No.28863 of 2018 Date:23.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue writ of Habeas Corpus declaring the action of the 1st respondent for illegal custody, detention of petitioner's son Mekal Chandu since 8 days without registering the case against him and without producing him before any court of law till today is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and also contrary to the provisions of Cr.P.C. and direct them to produce the detenue urgently" 2.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for both parties submitted that after registering a binding over case vide Crime No.163 of 2018 in Wyra Police Station, Khammam district, the alleged detenu was released and that, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

In the light of the submission as noted above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 stands disposed of as infructuous.
