ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the construction made by respondent Nos.6 and 7 in Plot No.2 of Survey No.5/27 of New Resapuvanipalem, Visakhapatnam, contrary to the sanctioned plan and the regulations of the Municipal Corporation Act as illegal and arbitrary.

Annexure-I is wholly incomplete, which does not refer to various sequence of events. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper Annexure-I.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.46975 and 46976 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief are dismissed as infructuous.
