THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8597 of 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.96 of 2009 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gooty, Anantapur District, registered for the offences under Sections 188 and 283 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 and A3.

During hearing, learned counsel for petitioners represented that earlier, Crl.P.No.3670 of 2013 filed by A2 was allowed by this Court quashing the proceedings in the aforesaid C.C., against him and that as the petitioners are also similarly situated persons, the proceedings against them may be quashed.

Since the controversy is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in Crl.P.No.3670 of 2013, this Criminal Petition is allowed quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.96 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gooty, Anantapur District, against the petitoners/A1 and A3, in terms of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.3670 of 2013.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
