THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI WRIT APPEAL NO.1295 OF 2009 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Dr. P.B.Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that since the second respondent was not appointed as Assistant Professor, the cause in the Writ Appeal does not survive and the Writ Appeal has become infructuous.

The Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
