This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the order dated 05.12.2015 in Crl.M.P. No.55 of 2014 in DVC No.21 of 2014 on the file of the court of XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw criminal petition. Permission is granted.
