HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P.No.5172 OF 2018 ORDER: (oral) Vide the present the petition, the petitioner/defendant No.1 has challenged order dated 10.07.2018 passed in I.A No.534 of 2018 in O.S.No.94 of 2011 by the XIII Additional District Judge, Nrasaraopet, whereby the application for reexamination of PW.1 has been dismissed.

2. It is not in dispute that the petitioner has already been given two opportunities to cross-examine PW.1 vide order dated 11.08.2017 and 03.04.2018.

3. In view of the above, I find no illegality or perversity in the order passed by the Court below.

4. Finding no merit in the instant petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
