THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA CRIMINAL PETITION No.13184 ot 2025 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking quashment of the C.C,No.450 of 2020 on the file of learned Principal junior Civil Judge-cumJudicial Magistrate of First Class at Sircilla, against the petitioner/accused 2.

Heard Mr. B.Venkateshwarlu, learned counsel for the petitioner and lvlr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1-State 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted to pass appropriate orders in the petition Perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that the CC is of the year 2020 and also considering the fact that a circular has been issued by the High Court to the District Courts to give priority in disposing of the matters of more than five years old, the learned Principal junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Sircilla is directed to dispose of {

'1 C.C.No.450 of 2020, pending on its file, at the earliest and decide the matter on its own merits, without being influenced by any of the observations made by this Court. However, the attendance of the petitioner/accused is dispensed with before the trial Court, provided that he is represented by a counsel before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall appear before the trial court whenever his presence is required during the course of trial. 7.
