O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent - police authorities are not registering the crime based on her report dated 20.07.2018 and taking action in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Moinabad Police Station, Hyderabad, dated 24.08.2018, stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and it was found to be false and report was filed before the court of XXII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar on 19.08.2018 referring the case as 'false' and the same was also informed to the petitioner by registered post with acknowledgement due.

Learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the receipt of any notice. Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.4 to serve report dated 19.08.2018 on the petitioner, if not already served.

It is open to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
