THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITON NO.29059 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in including and in continuing the petitioners lands viz., in Sy.No.547/3, Ac.0.67 cents of 1st petitioner, Sy.No.542/1, Ac.0.68 cents of 2nd petitioner, Sy.No.538, Ac.0.50 cents, Sy.No.316/2, Ac.1.35 cents, Sy.No.534, Ac.0.61 cents, Sy.No.503/3, Ac.0.84 cents and Sy.No.499, Ac.1.17 cents of 3rd petitioner, Sy.No.542/1, Ac.1.00 of 4th petitioner, Sy.No.556/2, Ac.0.57 cents of 5th petitioner and Sy.No.264/2, Ac.0.98 cents, Sy.No.5556/3 Ac.1.57 cents of 6th petitioner, situated in Kurgallu village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur Disrtrict, in the Annexure to G.O.Ms.No.197, Revenue (Assn.I) Department, dated 05.05.2016, without deleting the same there from as was done in relation to similar lands vide G.O.Ms.No.258, Revenue (Assignment-IV) Department, dated 18.05.2018 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 1st respondent to cause deletion of the petitioners' land from the Annexure to the said G.O.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to file a petition before the 1st respondent and seek extension of benefit in terms of G.O.Ms.No.258, dated 18.05.2018. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, State Level Committee is not in existence.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
