THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4784 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the inaction on the part of the learned III Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar at Gadwal in disposing of O.S.No.14 of 2012.

A perusal of the record reveals that the suit is filed in the year 2012. For one reason or other, the suit is pending. 3.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the learned III Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar at Gadwal, to dispose of O.S.No.14 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned III Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar at Gadwal, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.14 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
