Sri M. Venkata Narayana Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed letter dated 30.07.2019 to the Registry stating that the dispute between the parties was settled out of Court and that he has been instructed to withdraw this appeal in view of the said compromise. Request is reiterated in person.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous Petitions in this appeal, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
