Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana) for the 1st respondent and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4-Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

The petitioner herein contends that he had applied on 23.12.2016 vide Application No.3000077214 for regularization of his plot in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015, but the Respondents 2 to 4 are not taking any action thereon. 2.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that the Corporation will consider the petitioner's Application, referred to above, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner herein. 3.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's Application referred to above, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
