HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.14720 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she is in possession and enjoyment of the land in Sy.No.936/1 admeasuring Ac.0-22 guntas, Ac.0-30guntas in Sy.No.945/2, Ac.0-10 guntas in Sy.No.984/1 of Bethavolu Village, Chilukur Mandal, erstwhile Nalgonda District having acquired the same by virtue of gift settlement deed dated 07-04-2016 executed by her father. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made application on 04-05-2016 through mee-seva under prescribed form under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short " the Act") to issue mutation proceedings, pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject land. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, since it is stated that the application dated 04-05-2016 filed by the petitioner through mee-seva under prescribed form as envisaged under the Act is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner dated 04-05-2016 in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 24-04-2017 Nvl
