HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 10513 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer for Fair Price Shop No. 8 of Gundavolu-I Village, Rapur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, on permanent basis. While so, based on the report submitted by the fifth respondent, the fourth respondent issued show cause notice-cum-suspension order on 30.11.2015, pending enquiry. The petitioner submitted her explanation on 26.12.2015. Complaining that no orders have been passed by the fourth respondent till date, the present Writ

Petition is filed.

Inasmuch as enquiry initiated by the fourth respondent is pending, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits or otherwise of the subject matter. However, it is submitted that the petitioner has already submitted her explanation on 26.12.2015 to the show cause notice dated 30.11.2015. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and by duly complying with the principles of natural justice. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
