On 08.02.2023, when the present Writ Petition was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the present Writ Petition was directed to be listed on 22.02.2023, on which date, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, this Court has directed the Registry to list the present Writ Petition under the caption 'For Orders' on 28.02.2023, on which date also, there was no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 07.03.2023 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Despite the same, even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Having regard to the above, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present Writ Petition.
