The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is alleged non-consideration of the applications submitted by them for grant of permission for construction of houses in the open plots situated in Sy.No.199-1A and 199-1B of Iruvaram Revenue Village within Iruvaram Panchayat Limits of Chittoor District. It is brought to the notice of this court by Sri S.D.Gowd, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities that submission of applications is now made 'on-line' and petitioners are entitled to submit the applications through 'on-line' and the same will be considered as per law.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of keeping it open for the petitioners herein to submit their applications for building permission along with required documents and if any such applications are made, the same be considered and appropriate further action be taken strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of two(2) months thereafter. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
