O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that they purchased the subject land under registered sale deeds and that the original vendor has purchased the land in the year 1946 under sale deed bearing document No.944/46 and that it is not an assigned land. When they intended to sell the subject land, approached the 4th respondent - Sub registrar, who by letter No.443/2009 B dated 19.11.2011 informed the petitioners that the subject land is included in the prohibitory list under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in view of the Full Bench judgment of this court in VINJAMURI RAJAGOPALA CHARY vs. STATE OF A.P.1 petitioners may be given liberty to approach the Committee constituted under G.O.Ms.No.300 dated 5.7.2016 and the said Committee may be directed to consider the claim of the petitioners in terms of the judgment of the Full Bench.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, giving liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application before the Committee constituted under G.O.Ms.No.300 dated 5.7.2016. As and when such an application is made, the said Committee shall dispose of the same in accordance with law, 1 2016(1) ALT 550(FB)

after issuing notice and affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners in terms of Full Bench judgment of this court (1 surpa), within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such an application. No order as to costs.
