CVNR, J & TA, J CMA.No.876/2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (CMA) is filed against Order and Decree, dated 08-09-2016, in IA.No.1656 of 2015, on the file of the VII Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court), Visakhapatnam.

Today, by a separate order passed by us, we have dismissed IA.No.1 of 2018 filed for condonation of delay of 550 days in filing the CMA.

As a sequel to dismissal of the said IA, this CMA is rejected.
