A2/ 786/2015 dated 10/02/2015, declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, biased and ultra-virus of the statutory regulations of the Andhra Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited Staff, Conduct, Discipline and Appeals Regulations, 1975 and consequently set aside the same The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI K RAM REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner and SRI A. RAVINDER REDDY Standing Counsel for the Respondent and the Court made the following.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing counsel, it is agreed that the unfortunate incident should not be repeated and that the petitioner should also seek appropriate apology from the officer concerned in the presence of two or three other female employees of the office. Thereafterwards, the officer must have the grace to accept the apology and then report the matter back to the Managing Director of the corporation, so that, immediate remedial measures for reinstating the petitioner can be taken.
