THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.15084 of 2016 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, petitioner herein submitted an application on 15.05.2013 to the respondent No.2 but no action has been taken so far. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the second respondent to verify the application, dated 15.05.2013, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, pending as on date, and take appropriate action, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
