The petitioner is filed seeking prayer as under: "to rssue an Order, Direction or Writ, more particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus by directing the respondents to issue Graveyard burial acknowledgement pending disposal of the main writ petition and pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Sri Abu Akram, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that they have taken a decision to issue circular in respect of the certificates to acknowledge the burial of the dead persons in the Graveyard.

Recording the same, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner and issue certificate within a period of five (5) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. dhy, pending in this Writ Miscellaneous petitions, if Petition, shall stand closed.
