THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4971 of 2010 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the respondents. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.

The present revision is filed aggrieved by the orders passed in I.A.No.1037 of 2010 in O.S.No.1202 of 2004 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, wherein the application under Order VII Rule 1 and 3 of C.P.C. seeking admission of certain documents was rejected.

Today when the matter is take up for hearing, Sri V.Sudhakar Reddy, learned Counsel for the respondents placed before the Court, the judgment dated 09.09.2015, passed in O.S.No.1202 of 2004, wherein the suit itself was dismissed.

Since the main suit itself is dismissed, nothing survives for adjudication in the present revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
