Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the F.I.R to the effect that the petitioner/accused being a Bill Collector at Miryalaguda Municipality, Nalgonda District, collected the amount of Rs.4,29,960/- and has not remitted the amount to the municipality till 31.07.2014, it is not a fit case to order quashment of the proceedings. Hence, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
