This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 08.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.35 of 2016 in O.S.No.421 of 2010 on the file of XIII Additional District Court, Visakhapatnam, at Gajuwaka.

A perusal of the office note reveals that the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.421 of 2010 on 27.04.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
