Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Mayur Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondent corporation.

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension and charge sheet dated 18.2.2015. When the matter is taken up, learned standing counsel representing the respondent corporation informs the Court that by order dated 5.8.2016, petitioner was removed from service consequent to disciplinary action initiated against him and aggrieved by the removal order petitioner filed W.P. No. 36309 of 2016 and the same is pending consideration before this Court. In view thereof, cause in the writ petition does not survive.
