THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.1934 OF 2014 ORDER:

When the matter was taken up on 05.06.2017, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 12.06.2017 with a direction to list under the caption 'For Dismissal' and subsequently adjourned by a couple of times to 12.06.2017 and 13.06.2017.

Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner did not advance arguments and on the other hand, requested time on the pretext that they addressed a letter to the Government to obtain permission. But, that is not a ground to adjourn the matter.

Since the matter is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', I am not inclined to adjourn the matter any further. Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
