Subhash Reddy) This appeal is filed by the defendant in O.S.No.583 of 2000 on the file of IX Additional Chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, aggrieved by the order, dated 09.04.2010, passed in the said Suit.

During pendency of this appeal, at the request of the parties, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat for settlement. It is submitted by the learned counsel for parties that the subject matter of this appeal has been amicably settled before the Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad and a compromise has been recorded therein by Award, dated 12.09.2015, and the said Award is placed before this Court.

In that view of the matter, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award, dated 12.09.2015, passed by the Lok Adalat. However, in view of the provision under Section 21 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, the Court fee paid by the appellant shall be refunded by following the procedure contemplated under the Court Fees Act, 1870. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed. No costs.
