THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 228 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No. 2 in not taking any action against respondent Nos. 3 to 5 who are constructing house without prior approval from competent authorities by encroaching the plot of the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his clients may be permitted to file a fresh representation to respondent No. 2 seeking redressal of their grievances.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation to respondent No. 2 setting forth all their grievances and on filing such representation, the latter is directed the consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
