The Court made the following:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the seizure of the petitioner's Tractor and Trailer, bearing registration Nos.AP 21 TU 9412 and AP 36 U 6609 respectively, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to release his vehicle by collecting penalty as per the Rules. After arguing the case, the learned Counsel for the petitioner requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to make an application before the competent authority for release of the seized Tractor and Trailer in terms of G.O.Ms.No.15, Industries & Commerce (Mines-I) Department, dated 19.02.2015, and approach this Court in the event, the seized Tractor and Trailer are not released.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.47685 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
