THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITON NO.29079 OF 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in conducting the survey for land in Sy.No.73, an extent of Ac.4.95 cents in Dibbanakal village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District pursuant to the application No.DER011700902546, dated 30.01.2017, and another application No.FS011800301947, dated 08.07.2008, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct survey and fix boundaries to the land of the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made applications on 30.01.2017 and 08.07.2018 to conduct survey and fix boundaries, no steps have been taken.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that authorities may be directed to conduct survey by taking into consideration the relevant circulars, which have been issued from time to time.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to conduct survey in respect of the land of the petitioner by taking into consideration the circulars issued by the Government from time to time and also by giving notice to all the concerned in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
