HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 2720 OF 2017 ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 15.09.2014, which reads as under: "Pending disposal of the O.A., the 1st respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the applicant dated 26.06.2014, keeping in view of earlier orders in G.O.Rt.No.2019, Home (Services-III) Department, dated 19.10.2003 and G.O.Rt.No.1244, Home (Services-III) Department dated 13.07.2012, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order."

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner to ascertain whether the petitioner's representations dated 26.06.2014 was considered by the respondent authorities or not; and further submits that if the said petitioner's representations are still pending for consideration appropriate orders be passed. 3.
Learned Special Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents submits that if the said representations is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 26.06.2014 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsels on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition(TR) is disposed of directing respondent authorities to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2014, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. However, it is left open to the petitioner to pursue his remedies, in accordance with law, if the petitioner is otherwise aggrieved.
