When the matter is taken up for hearing on 10.02.2023, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. To give one opportunity, matter is posted to 22.02.2023. On 22.02.2023 also, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. But to give one more opportunity, matter is posted to 28.02.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Inspite of posting the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation. It appears that petitioner is not having any interest to prosecute the petition. In view of the same, Writ petition is dismissed for default for non-prosecution. 3.
