THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITON NO.29044 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the representation, dated 08.01.2018, submitted by the son of the petitioner on his behalf for correction of entries made in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.06 gts in Sy.No.300/2 of Choppadandi village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to deal with the representation at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the same may be considered in accordance with law. 5.

Without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to deal with the representation of the son of the petitioner, dated 08.01.2018, seeking correction of the entries made in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.06 gts in Sy.No.300/2 of Choppadandi village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, as early as possible preferably within a period of 8 to 10 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
