Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of making representation before the 4th respondent for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in his favour, in pursuance of the registered sale deed, dated 01-12-2014, no action is taken by the 4th respondent.

It is, however, evident that the petitioner has not made any application in the prescribed proforma under Form 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule 18 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989. Hence, no direction as prayed for can be given. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate application in accordance with the aforesaid Act and the Rules, and if any such application is made, the 4th respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders expeditiously.
