HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No. 15886 of 2008 ORDER:

Mr.L.Shantaram, learned counsel holding for Mr.V.Hanumantha Rao, Advocate on record for the petitioner, prays for adjournment. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Ms.A.Anita, learned counsel holding for Mr.D.Goverdhanachary, Advocate on record for respondent No.4, submit that with the passage of time, the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
