THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Contempt Case No.815 of 2014 ORDER:
The respondent-contemnor is present in Court. An affidavit is filed by him expressing his unconditional apology for not being present on 06.03.2015.
Both Sri Nandigam Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the learned Additional Advocate General, would agree that the order, violation of which has resulted in the present contempt case being filed, has since been complied with.
In view of the affidavit now filed by the respondent-contemnor tendering his unconditional apology, and as he is present in Court today, the bailable warrant of arrest issued earlier is recalled and, as the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt case is closed.
Contempt Applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
