Aggrieved by the order dated 19.08.2016 in D.V.C.No.1 of 2016 passed by the III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ongole, this revision is filed by the petitioner/ respondent No.8.

Heard.

The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner that whenever she chooses to land in India, to move an application before the lower Court to suspend the warrant to enable her to approach the Court and consider the same after personal appearance.
