HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: W.P. (TR) No.2645 of 2017 PROCEEDING SHEET 06.03.2026 TMD, J REVIEW I.A.No.2 of 2025 Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II, appearing on behalf of the review petitioners, has furnished a copy of the letter dated 05.03.2026 addressed by the Chief Engineer, Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad, to the Executive Engineer, Mission Bhagiratha, Intra Division, Sangareddy, stating that the employees of Allwyn Limited joined the Tribal Welfare Engineering Department on 03.05.1993 and retired from service after attaining the age of superannuation and that their services rendered in the erstwhile Allwyn Limited were counted as confirmed services with effect from 18.08.1987 for the purpose of calculating pension and gratuity, in terms of G.O.Ms. No.77 dated 26.02.2009.

It is submitted that this information has been furnished upon request and, upon

consideration of the same, the respondents are now going to recalculate the pension and gratuity of the respondent/writ petitioner who were in A.P. Scooter Limited and make the necessary payment. She seeks six weeks' time for compliance.

In view of the above, this review application is dismissed.
