ORDER

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 03.07.2007 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14019 of 2007, where-under this Court directed the 3rd respondent-Divisional Manager to dispose of the appeal said to have been filed by petitioner on 08.09.2000.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondents has produced before this Court the proceedings, which clearly shows that the appeal filed by petitioner was disposed of by the appellate authority as long back as on 30.06.2001 i.e., before filing of writ petition in the year 2007, and that aggrieved by the said orders, the petitioner also preferred a review before the Regional Manager on 08.09.2003 and the same was rejected on 08.09.2005 and suppressing all these facts, the petitioner filed the present contempt case and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt case. 3.

In view of the fact that the appeal as well as revision filed by petitioner were disposed of prior to filing of W.P.No.14019 of 2007, I see no contempt much less willful contempt of the order of this Court in W.P.No.14019 of 2007 dated 03.07.2007. 4.

In the circumstances, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
